This summer, I had a goal to take my kids hiking. I think I envisioned going on a hike every other week, or something like that. It didn't quite work out as I had planned, but we managed to go on one hike at the end of June, up at Cascade Springs in American Fork Canyon. We went with Anna's friend Avery, and Avery's mom and Grandma. The weather was a little hotter than comfortable, but the girls loved running around the trails and exploring.
